1. Data and Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information from you when you visit or use our Service. The information may be stored on the device you use to access the Service and on our servers.

Account and Profile Information. When you register to use the Service or create an account, we may collect your name and all other information provided to us (this information may include your name, email address, password, date of birth, gender, geographic location, and native language). Customer Support Inquiries: When you contact our Customer Support team, we will receive the contents of your message or any attachments you may send to us, as well as any additional information you choose to provide.
Payment Information. When you make payments through the Service, you may need to provide your mailing address and financial account information, such as your credit card number, to our third-party service providers. We do not collect or store financial account information, though we may receive transaction identifiers and summary information that does not include credit card or bank account numbers.
2. How We Use the Information We Collect
We may use the information we collect for the following purposes and as permitted in any other agreements that we have with you:
For improvement in the Service – We use the information to provide, evaluate, and improve the Service; to analyze our products and their usage to enhance and improve our existing Service; to develop new products and services; to manage our communications; to diagnose or fix technology problems; monitor metrics such as the total number of visitors, traffic and demographic patterns; automatically update the App on your device; and to perform accounting, auditing, and other internal functions.
For communication – We may send you emails, text messages, and push notifications to your mobile device if they are enabled, to verify your account and for informational and operational purposes, such as account management, instructions, alerts, reminders, customer service, system maintenance, and other Service-related purposes
Processing Payments – We use your information to facilitate transactions, deliveries, and payments.
Marketing. We may use information to provide online advertising on the Service and to send you newsletters, offers, surveys, and other promotional information related to our products and services, including, but not limited to, the Service (“Promotional Emails”). You may opt out of email marketing by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email, or by contacting us.

3. How We Share Your Information
We will not rent or sell your information to third parties outside without your consent, except as described in this Privacy Policy and as permitted in any other agreements we have with you. We may share your information with the following parties:
Vendors and Service Providers – We may share any information we receive with vendors and service providers we use to help us provide the Service (“Service Providers”). Examples Service Providers include entities that process credit card payments, fulfil orders, and provide analytics and web hosting services. We require Service Providers by contract to only use or disclose the information they process on our behalf as necessary to perform certain services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements.
Members of our Group – We may share your information (including but not limited to, information from cookies, log files, device identification, location data, and usage data) with any members of our group, which includes our affiliates and subsidiaries, or that become part of that group (“Affiliates”). Affiliates may use this information to help provide, understand, and improve the Service (including by providing analytics) and Affiliates’ own services (including by providing you with a better user experience).
Advertising Partners – We do not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes, unless we have your permission. We may work with third party advertising partners to show ads for our Service that we think may interest you after you visit our Service. These third- party partners collect information from you when you visit our Service and other online services. Where required under applicable law, we will request your consent to such collection and use of your information. Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers – In the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets (including in the event of a reorganization, dissolution or liquidation), such assets likely will include the data we retain. 4. Your Rights and Choices About Your Information
You have certain rights and choices in connection with the information we collect about you.
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to and be informed about the information we maintain about you, update and correct inaccuracies in your information, and have the information blocked or deleted, as appropriate. If you wish to request access or an update to the information that we have concerning you, please email us. Your rights to your information may be limited in some circumstances by local legal requirements. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the collection of your information. Note however that if you exercise your right of blocking or deletion, if you decline to share certain information with us, or if you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide to you some of the features and functionalities of the Service.
If you receive Promotional Emails from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the opt-out instructions contained within the message. Even after you opt-out of receiving promotional messages from us, you may continue to receive administrative messages from us regarding the Service. You may turn off push notifications through your device settings.
You may contact us as indicated in the ‘ How to Contact Us ’ section of this Privacy Policy to exercise your rights and choices to your information. If we provide you with access to information, we may require you to pay a fee to meet our costs.
Following termination or deactivation of your account, its Affiliates, or its Service Providers may retain information (including your profile information) and user content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes. We will also continue to use de-identified and/or aggregated information as permitted under applicable law and to comply with our legal obligations, agreements with our Affiliates and Service Providers, resolve disputes, enforce our rights, or for similar purposes.
You may delete the App to remove information stored on your device.
5. Security of Your Information
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the personal information you provide through the Service against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, or use. We take reasonable measures (such as requiring a unique password and username verification) to verify your identity to access your account. No method of transmission over the Internet or of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Nevertheless, no means of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure and we cannot ensure the security of any information transmitted to us or guarantee that information on the Service may not be unlawfully or without authorization destroyed, lost, altered, accessed, disclosed or used.

Through the Service, we may provide you with links to other websites and applications for your convenience. These websites and applications may be third parties and independent from us with their own privacy policies and rules and we do not review, approve, monitor, endorse, warrant, or make any representations with respect to third-party web sites. third-party websites or applications that are not owned or controlled by us, we are not responsible for the sites’ or applications’ content, any use of the sites or applications, the sites’ or applications’ practices, or the privacy practices of the sites or applications. If you use a third-party website or application and allow them to access your personal information, you do so at your own risk.
